We have some instructors that get requests every week while others get a few requests per quarter. You set your budget and your decide when to accept training requests.

There are no minimums or maximums. We have some experts that offer one training session per month and others that offer 5+ per month. You have the control.

We recommend taking your hourly rate and adding a 20% premium to it. We have instructors that charge anywhere from €100 to €2000 per hour.

Icon is free to join. We only make money when our instructors do and also believe in a fair pricing model. We ask for a 20% commission on the total budget.

There are two main reasons why we are different:

A- We are about training. Most of the other platforms sell pre-made video courses or are more about consulting/advising. rather than training sessions on demand.
‍
B- We not a marketplace, all your payments will be received from Kaatch. We take care of the admin stuff. Forget about generating quotes, contracting, and invoicing, so you can spend less time on admin and more time letting your skills shine.

Depends on your local legislation. In most countries it is not needed provided that lecturing or corporate training is not your main source of income.

Companies can request both, so there might be sessions online and offline. As an expert you can let us know your preferences at any time.
